Identify, assess, and resolve business systems-related issues, Ensure the continuous
operational performance and efficiency of systems through close collaboration with infrastructure experts. * Offer specialized operational support for third-party developed applications and interfaces
integrated with SAP middleware, particularly in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, including dispatch optimization and telematics solutions. * Uphold service performance standards that meet or surpass business expectations, aligning
with Digital standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Maintain and update internal knowledge documentation, including wikis, training materials,
and testing cases. * Provide consultative guidance to the business on leveraging existing applications to meet their
specific requirements. * Proactively identify and migration risks that could compromise IT service quality.
Participate in quality assurance and testing efforts for applications to maintain a high level of
service reliability. * Contribute to the successful international roll-out of projects and facilitate their seamless
transition into the live environment. * Conduct root cause analysis to reduce the number of IT incidents.
Provide support in the development, maintenance, and testing of IT and Business Continuity
Plans. * Continuously develop and enhance support processes and tools in alignment with the ITIL
framework.
Job Requirements:
Possesses an IT-related degree or equivalent.
Minimum of four years of professional systems support and operations experience
Strong IT service delivery background.
Proven history of meeting strict SLAs and/or KPIs.
Expertise in supporting various IT solutions, including ERP / SAP systems, web applications,
mobile apps, data centers, and more. * Preferably certified in service delivery (e.g., ITIL) and project management (e.g., Prince2).
Compliance and Responsibilities:
Adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514) and Company Health Safety
and Environment Policy. * Continuous knowledge updates and participation in training courses as needed.
Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Taking responsibility for aspects of the OH&S management system under their control.
Participation in the development, planning, and evaluation of the OH&S management
system. * Reporting workplace incidents and accidents promptly to superiors and HSE Manager.
Adherence to procedures outlined in current ISO standards.
