Overall, 6+years of experience in Sales and Distribution.
Should be able to lead a team independently
Should have worked on Production Support engagements.
Good knowledge on Logistics, Consignment processes is expected. Working knowledge on Service Management would be added advantage.
Strong working knowledge on batch jobs, Alert monitoring, EDI/idocs.
Good understanding on Support metrics, SLAs and best practices.
Hands on experience on Support ticketing tools - eg : Service Now
Liaising with business stakeholders to assist with Day to day issues, and process improvements.
Represent the team in reviews of processes and system controls
Take ownership for time-critical issues and follow up/ root-causing of issues, unsupervised.
