Job Title: SAP SD/MM L2 Support Consultant - Downstream Processes

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

SAP SD/MM L2 Support Consultant

to provide functional support across downstream business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong SD/MM expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work closely with business users to ensure smooth SAP operations.
This role involves incident resolution, minor configuration, enhancement support, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

L2 Functional Support

Provide L2 support for SAP SD and MM modules covering O2C and P2P downstream processes. Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests through ticketing tools. Troubleshoot issues related to: Sales orders, deliveries, billing Pricing conditions Procurement cycles (PR/PO) Goods receipt, stock movements, inventory Invoicing and logistics execution

Downstream Business Process Support

Support end-to-end downstream flows such as: Customer order processing Delivery & dispatch Warehouse & logistics coordination Material procurement and replenishment Vendor management workflows

Configuration & Enhancements

Perform minor SAP configuration as required (pricing, output types, partner functions, item categories, etc.). Prepare functional specifications (FS) for enhancements or interface changes. Work with ABAP, Basis, and L3 support teams for issue escalation.

Business Collaboration

Work closely with sales, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and finance teams. Analyze recurring issues and propose long-term solutions. Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and update documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in SAP SD/MM support (L2 level). Strong understanding of O2C & P2P downstream processes. Hands-on experience with pricing, master data, stock movements, delivery processing. Experience working in ticket-based support environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP integrations (FI, WM, LE, TM). Knowledge of downstream logistics and supply chain flows. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work with global or regional support teams.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
