SAP SD/OTC Engineer (IT Enterprise Application)

Duties and responsibilities

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Roll out business application projects in B. Braun companies, and to implement SAP change request to fulfill new/change of business requirement or further optimization of business processes
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with various business units or departments to collect and analyze business requirements, identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions that comply with global standards. If program development is required, prepare comprehensive functional specification to enable developer to develop the program. Perform system and user testing to ensure required deliverables are met, and ensure project / change requests are successfully implemented.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Play the role of 2nd level support to resolve or support incidents raised by users.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as in-house consultant to provide advice to business departments whenever required.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Train, coach, share expertise or knowledge transfer whenever necessary to project team, business users, 1st level support, external partners or internal IT engineers whenever required.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on the role of project manager whenever required.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with global team for SAP S/4 HANA project roll-out in B. Braun Asia Pacific and/or other subsidiaries
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to B. Braun standard operating procedure and whenever required, to support system audits.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare necessary system change request documentation based on B. Braun global guidelines for the purpose of system validation.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet targets for projects involved, support IT management in achieving IT department KPI, and whenever required, participate in process improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep abreast of new technology and applications whenever required.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Occasionally may need to travel or work abroad on short duration whenever required depends on project or assignment requirements.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time

Professional competencies

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree or advanced diploma in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Applications, Business Administration, Software Engineering or related fields of study.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge or experience in SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure in SAP Logistic, Procurement, Finance, Production, SAP FIORI, SAP Hybris is an added advantage.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of business processes and system requirements for daily business operations.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with other integrated modules e.g. Demand-to-Delivery, Procure-to-Pay, Core Finance.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Implemented at least 3 full cycle of end-to-end ERP system design and implementation.
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in ABAP and/or other programming language is an added advantage.
