We value individual differences and provide opportunities for you to contribute your unique perspective towards our collective goals.Objectives of the PositionThe Product team for Warehouse Management sets focus on the consulting, implementation and support of warehouse management solutions based on SAP.In this role, you will work together with a team of warehouse consultants and developers (internally and externally offshore), mainly using your experience and skillset to provide support for warehouse and/or inventory management processes within Site Logistics environment. Work-Request handling will be a part of the job, and Work Request consultancy to IBPs will be a task to grow into.Main Tasks

• Working in an agile Development and Operations environment, keeping strong communication
• with the team
• Strongly cooperate with logistics consultants and developers, taking mainly care about the support and incident activities.
• Enable and support our internal business partners to achieve BASF business goals through providing best-in-class IT and digitalization support
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and show team player attitude
• Have the willingness to develop new professional skills
• Understand specific processes for IM and WM and know the integration points with other SAP Modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP, QM etc.)

RequirementsEducation

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

Working Experience

• Ideally, extensive knowledge of logistics processes
• Sound experience with SAP IM/WM/EWM including ticket handling and customizing and knowledge of other SAP modules, optimally with practical experience in the Solution Manager and S/4 HANA

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Experience in at least one of the following SAP solutions (priority on order)

• SAP WM / Stock Room Management
• SAP MM (Inventory Management)
• SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management
• Support attitude for incident handling
