Job Description

Acts as internal SAP FI/CO consultant to work with internal Zurich Finance teams and external IT suppliers on a variety of projects to analyse business requirements, translate them into documented IT requirements to the appropriate level to enable internal and external IT suppliers to develop solutions. Oversee the development and delivery of the IT solutions to ensure that business and IT requirements are met. SME's are responsible for the strategic view of how systems fit together and supporting existing SAP FI/CO installations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee Business Requirement gathering, analysis and resolve any issues.

• Understands customer's processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the business unit.
• Defines project scope; develops functional specifications; prepares SDLC compliant preliminary Systems Design document.
• Supports application testing, implementation, and training activities.
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables.
• Provide consultancy & support to Finance teams with their use of SAP to support business objectives
• Ensures customer centricity and data security are central to all proposed business & IT solutions
• Drives day-to-day prioritization of work on capabilities, working with business.
• Mentors lower level colleagues
• Performs Business Process Modelling and Business Process Re-engineering, as required.
• Understands the overall requirements and solution design across multiple project workstreams including the end to end view of any system changes.
• Works with the business to shape the business case and provides expert consultancy.
• Works in partnership with PM and contributes to the overall programme management

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Strong foundation on SAP FI/CO with prior experience in either consulting or support.
• ITIL and SAP certified will be preferred
• Good understanding and demonstrable experience in SAP FICO versions ECC 6 and S4/HANA
• Good experience of SAP / non-SAP interfacing landscape
• Good experience of Informatica and DB2 systems
