This position will plan and develop IT solutions that will fit Business needs. You will translate these insights into specifications and solutions that drive our success in the manufacturing IT area. As a key player, you will have the holistic view of your process area and related IT implementations, owning the end-to-end solution in our manufacturing IT environment and landscape. Your responsibility will cover to participate in roll-out projects as well as providing advise to our user community on their questions related to implemented solutions.

• Responsibility for relevant applications & infrastructure within scope of the role including quality of IT deliveries & performance of solution.
• Delivers on assigned backlog deliverables and iterations.
• Collaborates with the IT delivery team members, external partners and global M\xc3\xb6lnlycke services to deliver on team commitments. Contributes to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
• Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholder to clarify needs & solution.
• Captures regional and local input and demands and provides regular feedback to relevant global delivery team including decision support.
• Contributes to operation, support and maintenance efforts ensuring collaboration among team members including cooperation with global teams to deliver on commitments.
• Delivers quality process and IT support work relating to business process and IT-systems in scope. This includes clarification, assessment of issues, planning and remediation work, cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, reporting on progress.
• Contribute to product teams and drive deliveries in collaboration with the delivery team members according to team commitments.

• University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 year\'s work experience in IT-solution operation or development.
• Solid experience with SAP S4/HANA ERP system
• Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics or Sales/Finance modules and processes
• Technical expertise in SAP platforms & technologies within the area of responsibility.
• Technical expertise in IT technologies within the area of responsibility.
• Experience from applying digital technology creating business effect relevant in area of responsibility.
• Experience from agile development and DevOps methods including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
• System thinking with comprehensive knowledge of relevant platforms & technologies including documented experience of enterprise software and API oriented architecture.
• Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
• Ability to gain understanding of customers\' business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations
