Job Purpose

The SAP Techno Functional Analyst (MM, SD) is responsible for providing end-to-end SAP technical and functional support, focusing on the Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules. This role bridges business and technical teams -- analyzing business processes, designing solutions, developing enhancements, and ensuring system stability and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Technical Support

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM and SD modules, ensuring smooth business operations. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions using best practices. Work across all aspects of

SAP RICEF

(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) and related technologies such as

ALE/iDoc, Web Dynpro, and ABAP

. Manage incident resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct system impact analysis and propose enhancements to improve business efficiency.

Design & Development

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems across multiple regions. Collaborate with ABAP developers to define and review functional specifications and technical deliverables. Ensure developments comply with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements. Lead end-to-end solution delivery -- from requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, training, to go-live deployment.

Stakeholder & Project Management

Act as a key liaison between business users, IT, and technical development teams. Partner with business stakeholders to identify system and process improvements. Support project planning, resource estimation, and delivery timelines. Collaborate in global or regional SAP initiatives and rollouts.

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

Document configurations, processes, and technical specifications clearly and accurately. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for users and team members. Stay up to date with new SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years

of hands-on experience in SAP MM and SD modules with solid understanding of business processes. Proficiency in

SAP ABAP

for debugging, issue analysis, and simple custom developments. Strong experience with

SAP RICEF

, ALE/iDoc, interfaces, enhancements, and custom reports. Experience managing full-cycle SAP implementations or major enhancements. Ability to work independently and manage complex technical and functional requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across different levels of the organization. Fluent in

English

(both written and spoken). Knowledge of

SAP FI

and

ITIL frameworks

is an advantage. Experience working in a

multi-cultural, regional project environment

preferred.
