SAP TM (Transport Management) Consultant

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a skilled

SAP TM Consultant

to support the implementation, support, and optimization of the SAP Transportation Management solution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP TM functionalities and integrations with logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support end-to-end implementation and support for SAP TM solutions. Analyze business requirements related to transportation planning and execution. Configure SAP TM module including freight orders, planning, carrier selection, and charge management. Integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (SD, MM, LE) and third-party logistics systems. Manage documentation, training, and change management for SAP TM processes. Handle system issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting as part of AMS or project-based work. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution quality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP logistics modules, with at least 2+ years in SAP TM. Experience in

SAP TM 9.x or SAP S/4HANA TM

(embedded or side-car). Strong understanding of transportation processes: order management, route planning, tendering, execution, and freight settlement. Knowledge of

PI/PO or CPI

,

IDOC, EDI

, and

debugging

skills preferred. Exposure to tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or SAP Solution Manager is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with flexibility in shifts (if applicable). SAP Certification in TM is an added advantage.

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
