• Assist in choosing the best approach and methodology to meet task requirements and align with the client\'s environment.
• Act as a functional/domain expert within the project team.
• Provide technical support and serve as a liaison to designated IT personnel, offering clarification, support, and feedback on enhancement requests and regular updates/releases, ensuring adherence to release schedules.
• Lead the design and documentation of multiple IT projects by creating requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and mockups.
• Work with the business to identify needs and develop business cases to justify investments.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, documenting test results with minimal direction from a lead or project manager.
• Understand user experience and visual design elements, applying a user-centered design process to deliver solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in using PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Functional understanding of ERP modules and functionalities, particularly in Sales and Distribution (e.g., SAP).
• Experience in direct-to-consumer fulfillment within the APAC region, including work with online platforms, Order Management Systems, and SAP.
• Proven experience working with distribution organizations.
• Experience supporting supply chain processes such as Order Management, Distribution, and working with third-party logistics (3PL).
• Experienced in both traditional Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
