• Partner and collaborate with Global Experts and developers across the organization to deliver automation solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Use SAP Basis/ database knowledge to support and develop well shaped automations.
• Analyze and identify the repetitive and manual tasks that can be automated, such as checking support pack levels, monitoring system performance, managing transports, users, and clients, etc.
• Use Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or other programming languages to create scripts and programs that can interact with systems and perform the automation tasks.
• Create and deploy workflows for automated tasks / take a part in platform integration.
• Perform technical rollout and support process adaptation and adoption of newly automated solutions.
• Test and validate the automation solutions.
• Document the design and implementation details.
• Provide support and maintenance for the automation solutions and update them as per the changing needs and requirements.
• Track projects progress, collect users' feedback and help in resolving encountered problems.
• Monitor automation tools to detect potential problems and check benefits of automations.
• Check and ensure the quality of documentation

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or programing or related fields
• (strong) SAP Basis and/or Database administration skills
• (strong) programming skills in one or more programing languages (python, bash, Powershell, c++ xe2x80xa6)
• (strong) Ansible playbook development skills
• Cloud development experience (terraform)
• Containerization experience
• AI skills
• Very good understanding and knowledge of internal processes used technologies and tools used for delivering software and support to customer and internal systems (cross services knowledge preferred).
• Strong ability to develop and create unique algorithms to solve complex software problems and to debug code to detect reported problems and code issues.
• Experience working with GIT and Gitlab
• Strong ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
• AWX or Ansible Tower experience.
• Few self-implemented automations.
• Previous experience in global projects as well as strong automation experience
• Great English communication skills.
