QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Corporate Admin/Business Admin/Security Management or equivalents with min CGPA of 3.0
• Credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

SKILLS:

• Prioritisation. Document preparation and write-up skills.
• Coordination. Exposure in stakeholder engagement, both internal and external (government agencies).
• Problem solving skills in complex and challenging security issues/findings.
• Decision making skills to coordinate and demonstrate leadership and communication skills in times of Crisis/disaster.
• Critical thinking. Ability to identify current and emerging security threats landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist in preparing reports for any inspection/visit conducted by the risk & compliance related to Corporate Security and meet the division objectives and goals.
• To assist in coordinating meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support in developing a Security Plan, Risk Analysis and Risk Assessment.
• Support Security drills preparation to ensure readiness and preparedness before the event to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting any element of potential security threats within the area of operations.
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining all the policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
