The Sarawak Energy PROTEGE-RTW Programme is a one-year programme to equip graduates with the necessary skills and experiences to thrive in the corporate world. This is in line with our aspiration to be Sarawak's employer of choice and reaffirms our commitment to growing Sarawak's talent pool.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent with min CGPA of 3.0
  • Credit in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
SKILLS:
  • Capable in managing business administration and operations by oversee resources, processes, and daily functions effectively.
  • Proficient in conducting procurement and negotiate effectively by source goods/services and secure favorable terms.
  • Ability to ensure compliance and uphold governance standards by following policies, procedures, and regulations with zero tolerance for fraud.
  • Able prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Competent in implement digitization and manage documents by carry out digital processes and handle document retention/disposal.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team.
  • Capable in deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction for internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist in managing tenancy for staff accommodation and company-owned quarters.
  • To oversee corporate administration services at regional offices/stations to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • To perform procurement activities, including preparing RFQ, tender, and quotation documents.
  • To support stakeholders in digitization projects.
  • To ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
