Sawing Equipment Senior Technician Bayan Lepas, Malaysia \xe2\x80\x93 OSRAM OS Penang
What we expect
- Knowledge and hands on experience on machine Singulation machine especially on Disco Saw DFD6340/6750
- Sustain Machine performance in term of Down Time, MTBA, MTBF and Throughput
- Lead continue improvement project related to machine performance or cost saving.
- Manage resources in term of shift coverage, discipline and training.
- Support on audit (internal, external and customer)
- Manage documentation related to equipment (edit or create documentation of Procedure, Machine OCAP, Machine FMEA, Check list etc)
Who we are looking for
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronic / Physics course with technical working experiences
- Min 2 years of EOL working experience. Knowledge in Sawing Singulation machine.
- Technician Leadership in working shift will be added advantage.
