Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must have valid CIDB Card, OGSP, AESP & Working at Height Planning and supervising the scaffolding works (erection & dismantle works). Overseeing the erection of the scaffold, do final inspection of the scaffold prior to initial occupation for use. Arrange daily inspection and documentation of the condition of the scaffold and its ability to be occupied safely. Inspections of scaffolds after modifications / alterations have been made. Responsible to sign, renew, monitor the scaffold tags. Ability to prepare weekly report and scaffold inspection checklist. Responsible to prepare work done in daily basis and get approved by client / job owner Oversee the implementation of works in compliance with specifications, license and drawings, including work at confined space. Responsible to manage subcontractor / direct workers including preparation of progress claims and subcontractor progress claims. Ensure the scaffolder and personnel working at site wearing PPE and follow the HSE requirement. Assist Project Manager/Construction Manager/Site Agent in requisition of resources. Coordinate day-to-day works and work inspections. Record site activities such as site diary, data, taking photograph pertaining to assigned tasks. Support Project Manager in liaison the external parties such as clients, consultants and authority and etc. To assist the project manager and the team on the ISO & OSHA documentation To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally, perform all administrative work; To strictly adhere to OHS requirements when carry out auditing.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position & must possess

Intermediate / Advance Scaffold Competency Certificate

Excellent in Bahasa Melayu and English Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma or equivalent Willing to travel and work outstation Good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English Possess good leadership skill and team work,excellent in preparing report Must have

valid CIDB & OGSP card

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
