Role Summary
We are looking for a SCCM/Intune Customer Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments. The role involves providing Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance to customers, ensuring reliable endpoint management across on-premises and cloud-based devices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support to customers for technical requests related to SCCM and Intune.
Proactively review customer concerns and recommend improvements for endpoint management, user experience, and compliance.
Investigate and resolve issues related to:
SCCM: application deployment, task sequences, driver packages, software update groups (SUGs), boundaries and boundary groups, distribution point health, client push installation.
Intune: device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, Autopilot deployment profiles, co-management setup.
Support mobile device management (MDM) requests, including:
Enrollment and management of iOS, Android, and Windows 10/11 devices.
Mobile app deployment via Intune (store apps, LOB apps, and web links).
Troubleshooting enrollment challenges, access configurations, and policy enforcement.
Assist with transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune, including Windows Update for Business, endpoint security, and app deployment.
Analyze logs and diagnostics (CMTrace, Event Viewer, Intune troubleshooting blade, MDMDiagnosticsTool) to identify root causes and resolve requests efficiently.
Provide clear, professional technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
Document support requests, investigation steps, resolutions, and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering or escalation teams for advanced troubleshooting.
Required Experience & Skills
7 years overall IT infrastructure/endpoint management experience.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune (deployments, patching, compliance, co-management, troubleshooting).
Strong knowledge of MDM concepts across iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
Proven experience with SCCM-Intune migration workloads.
Skilled in troubleshooting using logs and diagnostic tools.
Excellent customer-facing communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
Strong time management, ownership, and accountability in resolving customer issues.
Collaborative mindset, adaptable under pressure, with strong presentation and soft skills.

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
