We are looking for an e-commerce Operation Assistant who is self-motivated and makes a great team player.
The main responsibility of the E-commerce Operation Assistant is to support the day-to-day operational processing.
You will be in charge of:
Assist in managing day to day operational processes supporting e-commerce business
Print all order forms, picking list, and packing list.
Process and double checking all parcel to ensure correct items
Packing parcel, stock take, labeling stock
Assist in creating new listing and improve the accuracy and efficiency of daily online store operations
Inventory management, work closely with Warehouse team on stock replenishment, order processing and fulfillment, customer service, payment processing & etc.
