Job Description


  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years working experience as Mechanical Engineer.
  • Candidates must have at least three (3) turnaround experiences in Plant Turnaround activities.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in written and spoken
  • Fresh graduate with exposure to Oil and Gas and/or Petrochemical industries during industrial training may apply.
  • Degree in Engineering in relevant area namely Electrical and Electronic / Instrument Engineering or others deemed suitable
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in oil and gas industries with demonstrated skill and knowledge in instrumentation and control, in design and operations of oil and gas facilities including plants or offshore production facilities
  • Proficient in office computer

WEHAYA SDN BHD has been successfully graduated from the PETRONAS Vendor Programme (VDP) for the Electrical and Instrumentation Services for Sabah and Sarawak on 1st September 2004. Presently, WEHAYA SDN BHD has set up a one-stop service centre for Electrical and Instrumentation (pneumatic and electronic). These service centres are managed by experienced personnel and fully equipped to provide services such as repair, overhaul, calibration and testing of a wide range of electrical, electronic and instrumentation equipment. In addition to workshop-based activities, WEHAYA SDN BHD is also supplying competent / skilled manpower to carry out work both onshore & offshore locations. In 2007, WEHAYA SDN BHD also took pride for being the first Company in Malaysia being accredited by IECEx for its Ex Workshop facilities and being the second in the world.
