Program Overview

The Schneider Graduate Program is a 2-years leadership program. It is designed to empower you with an accelerated journey to discover yourself through 3 rotations. This will give you an opportunity to make an impact with one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most sustainable companies.

You will be given intentional exposure and opportunity to handle projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while working with stakeholders globally!

Qualifications * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics), IT, or equivalent field of study are preferable, but not a must. We focus on your potential, passion, and appetite.

• Graduate in 2022/2023 or less than 2 years of working experience, available to come onboard in June/August 2023
