We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and caring professional to take on the role of
School Administrator cum Front Desk
in our exciting and dynamic school environment. This position requires someone who genuinely enjoys serving parents, communicates politely, and takes pride in providing warm and professional assistance to everyone who walks through our doors.
1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the front desk, handling all walk-ins, phone calls, and emails professionally.
2. Administrative Support for Inquiries and Placement Tests
Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Schedule appointments for potential parents.
Assist with school tours and placement test arrangements.
3. School Security and Visitor Management
Ensure the school is secure by monitoring visitor sign-in/out and issuing visitor passes as necessary.
4. Appointment Coordination
Maintain and manage appointments between parents and teachers.
5. Liaison Duties
Act as the point of contact between parents, school activities instructors, and transport providers.
6. Health & Safety Compliance
Assist in enforcing school SOPs and support entrance and dismissal duties.
7. Ad-Hoc Tasks
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
1. Excellent Communication Skills
Confidence and patience in dealing with parents.
2. Ability to Multitask
Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
3. Teamwork and Independence
Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
4. Educational Background
Degree or Diploma, with 2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
5. Language Proficiency
High proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarinis essential.
