Job Description
Editorial Support
Set deadlines and provide writing guidelines for manuscript preparation. Monitor writers' progress and review draft or sample content. Edit manuscripts thoroughly to ensure accuracy and quality. Research and source relevant information, data, and photos for book content. Develop and highlight key selling points for book covers. Ensure editorial projects are completed within the timeline.
Production Support
Collaborate with the design team on illustrations, layout, and formatting. Prepare and finalize headings, icons, and sample page layouts. Conduct final checks before printing or publishing.
Sales & Marketing Support
Brief the marketing team on key selling points for promotion. Coordinate with the marketing team to gather feedback on released titles.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Pure Science / Math (must have studied Pure Science in SPM) Strong SPM results in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin (for translation/editing of SJK(C) books) Familiar with Malaysian SJK(C) syllabus (Primary & Secondary) is an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
