Requirements:

WORK IS BASED IN CYBERJAYA, MALAYSIA.

Open for Degree/ Master holders.

Knowledge in Postgraduate Research Journey and research Framework (Master and PhD)

Excellent communication skills, English and Bahasa Melayu (both in writing and conversation)

Able to deliver exceptional customer services

Knowledge in SCOPUS and WoS, and published before is good.

Knowledge in Wordpress, Web development, and SEO is definitely a good advantage.

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE HANDLING JOURNAL EDITORIAL, definitely a great advantage.

There will be involvement in Human Resource.

NO PERSONAL PHONE USAGE during WORKING HOURS. A business phone will be given, and family members can be contacted for emergencies.

COLD Calling skill to new clients would be an added advantage.

Highly organized and can work under pressure with minimum supervision

Problem-solving and ability to use own initiative

Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Understanding the processes of the THESIS and JOURNAL DEVELOPMENTS, and handle Journal Editorial.

Assist with web maintanance and SEO

Dealing with the client (sales, client request, maintaining an after-sales relationship with the clients)

Prepare quotation/ invoice/ receipt for clients

Be part of the sales team in identifying opportunities with new and existing clients

Find NEW TALENTS.

Handling internal after-sales process (full process)

Ad-hoc task related to sales

Cold calling tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
