Conduct research and verification for hiring purposes via Phone & Email.
Keep documentary evidence of all information received via Phone & Email.
Liaise with hiring candidates and respondents for additional candidate information or other queries
Compile research reports for Team Leader's review
Report immediately any adverse findings to Team Leader
Maintain daily progress sheet
Able to work within deadlines and ad hoc task

ESSENTIAL SKILL SETS:

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree
Good written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good report writing skills
Strong ability to work towards conflicting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
Very good understanding of using the internet and doing research to source for information
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Able to think out of the box in solving situations
Looking for candidates that have problem solving skills, analytical working style, willing to learn new task, thorough and a detailed person
