Guide the Scrum team (including 3rd party ISVs) to ensure that the deliverables are in accordance with the Epic/User Stories
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery scrum activities and are kept within the timeframe
Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders
Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project
Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team
Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting as well as discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Plan resources and work allocation according to user stories/tasks breakdown
Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues
Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.
Ensuring the decisions made on project approach are documented and comply with regulatory & security requirements as well as within financial forecasts and budgets
Providing regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers
Providing progress updates into the department program
Supporting overall management of the department program
Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties
Support the Service Owner(s) in maintaining and developing processes, standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers
Work closely with Business Requestor to ensure input completeness and quality, with agreed prioritization
Frequent updates to consolidated dashboards to ensure completeness of status in Jira
Ensure that deliverables, cost and value are realized and signed off
Suggest improvements for more efficient and effective process and engagement model
Adhere to company policies and rules
Perform other activities and tasks as required by Demand Manager or PMO.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile projects
IT and cross-functional project management in Telco / Technology sector
Effective coordination and communication skills, including with senior management
Advantage is a track record in Scrum, Agile, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or similar disciplines
Effective communication and coordination skills
Good facilitation, coaching, planning, negotiation and management skills
Good knowledge of the full stack development process
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practice
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Able to be flexible and can accept change in fast paced environment
