This role focuses on managing and delivering digital projects within the digital banking space, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. The position requires expertise in digital project management, particularly within the financial services industry.

• Establish and evolve PMO standards, frameworks, and governance models for digital product delivery, including reporting and escalation processes.
• Portfolio & Resource Management: Oversee prioritization, resource planning, and coordination across the digital product portfolio in collaboration with Group Product Leads.
• Guide and support execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives, acting as a senior escalation point for risks and dependencies.
• Ensure strong collaboration and alignment among product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team; define roles, competencies, and lead capability development through structured learning programs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, translating project performance into actionable insights and clear executive reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics, tooling enhancements, automation, and data-driven decision-making

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) are required.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with a track record of managing high-performing project or agile delivery teams.
• Expertise in both traditional PMO governance and agile delivery frameworks, with the ability to adapt across methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project, with a data-driven approach to delivery tracking and reporting
