Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation & Coaching

Guide teams on Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and behaviors.

Delivery Management

Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.

Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs.

Impediment Removal

Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress.

Escalate issues appropriately and coordinate with other teams or departments.

Agile Transformation

Support enterprise-wide Agile adoption and maturity.

Contribute to the development of Agile frameworks, playbooks, and training materials.

Lead workshops and Agile onboarding sessions for new teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Align team deliverables with business objectives and customer needs.

Foster transparency and trust across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Proven track record of leading Agile implementations across multiple teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).

Background in software development or product management.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to influence and drive change in complex, matrixed organizations

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM16,300.00 per month
