oSupport SDQ team members in managing non-conforming parts in the Non-Conformance (NC) Cage area, including frequent communication to update material status.
oAssist in arranging purging activities; liaise with SDQ members and external suppliers on sorting and rework activities.
oManage the material flow from the warehouse to the sort/rework area, train the workers, and update part status in the system (Dynamics 365).
oEnsure part lists and physical inventory in the NC Cage areas (1A, 1B, PKT) are accurate and tally with the data in Dynamics 365.
oManage aging inventory in the NC Cage area:
oLiaise with SDQ members on aging parts (target: 4 weeks), request dispositions, and process them.
oAssist in scrap and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes.
oExecute instructions from the SDQ Head in adherence to all VAT rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
oMinimum diploma qualification in any discipline.
oExperience in an
inventory or warehouse management
system is a strong advantage.
oMinimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
oA team player who works effectively both collaboratively and independently.
oSelf-starter with the ability to adapt, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
oProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy (for system posting and updating Excel lists).
