Job Description
- Exposure to both private equity and portfolio company level
- Several positions / specialisations available
- Assist senior management in strategy formulation, planning and execution
- Monitoring business performance and escalate key issues to senior management
- Acting as main coordinator between investors, board and management
- Providing advice, proposals, recommendations, solutions, consulting with divisional heads
- Undertaking necessary research and analysis to facilitate decision making
- Following-up with all relevant parties to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and pilot projects as well as monitoring and reporting the outcome of such initiatives/projects
- To provide other ad-hoc assistance to senior management as and when required
- At least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in a related field
- Minimum three to five years relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude is imperative to the success of this position
- Candidate is encouraged to have an open-mind, and be willing to take on tasks that are beyond one\'s scope with the goal of helping the company achieve its goals and objectives
- Must be resourceful and tenacious in approaching work-related issues
- Remuneration negotiable depending on overall experience and seniority
