Work you\'ll do Assist in technology testing sessions such as user acceptance testing (UAT) Assist in regular data extraction and preparation of data visualization through interactive dashboards Manage the overall administration function including business correspondence filing and sorting Planning and organizing meetings, following up on actions items and update action list Creating and managing documents and presentations including formatting Manage the logistics support for events, training, and activities Assist in ad-hoc change and transformati on projects when required Requirements 2-5 years of practical work experience in administration Good communicati on skills both verbal and written (English language) Attention to detail and accuracy Organization, time management and prioritizati on skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of an organization Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
