  • Identify & benchmark training needs & learning road map for the field SNU team at each MBU as well as for the ISEA region.
  • Design & drive functional competency assessment (knowledge & skill) measures for each MBU; Standardize and benchmark these competencies at the regional level.
  • Create annual HN strategy & plan for the HN Field Force for each country in collaboration with local HCN Directors/Country leads, HR, Marketing and MNS teams
  • Design & propose training budgets for each MBU; Align with HCN Directors for allocating proposed budgets in line with the L&D AOP
  • Partnering with regional and local HR heads in driving Career development initiatives for the local SN teams.
  • Work closely with MNS hub and MBUs HN to bring to life L&D plan that suits the needs of the field force and field mangers
  • Build strategy & execution plan to ensure impactful healthcare engagement and by sustaining the field capability and competitiveness in the market
2. Design & Roll Out Training Program for SEA Countries
  • Design & deliver standardized on-boarding & induction modules for new employees of the HN field team for each MBUs in line with Danone\xe2\x80\x99s global/regional guidelines.
  • Create In-clinic capability development programmes for nutrition reps of each country as per local requirements; Roll out and deliver through local trainers/Training SPOCs
  • Design & Deliver Management Development Initiatives to build FLM competencies that meets local country needs; Deliver such training programmes personally or through local training leads.
  • Conceptualise specialised interventions for High Performers in coordination with regional and local HR leads as a part of career development initiatives of the region.
  • Cascade global training modules to each country as per local tailored needs.
3. Enhance Internal Alignment
  • Align with HN Directors/Country leads on training need analysis, L&D road map, training calendar and budgets for their respective MBU
  • Align with channel heads/Country heads on skill/knowledge assessment processes, training AOP, calendar & other standard ways of working
  • Be the bridge between global L&D team in designing and rolling out of global training initiatives in each MBU; Share best practices of each MBU with the global team at appropriate forums.
  • Align with regional MNS team on scientific knowledge training goals for the regional as well as for each country; align DA training calendars and country wise scientific knowledge assessment of field force
  • Partner with the HCEE team for sharing training data and dashboards on a timely basis.
  • Partner with HR on areas of L&D integration- eg., Inspira, Culture, Enhance, MDPs, etc.
4. Trainer Development for MBUs
  • Develop functional capabilities of training resources from each MBUs.
  • Design & drive L&D KPIs for training leads; create IDPs in line with career development initiatives.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA or any fields.
  • More than 15 years in Healthcare Nutrition Sales Training and minimum 7 years experiences as functional head.
  • Strong L&D Strategy, Cross functional Collaboration, Execution excellence, Coaching mindset.
