Work you\'ll do

• Manage collection, validation and benchmarking of all environmental data in line with Asia Pacific\'s reporting standards. This includes property (energy, water, and waste); car fleet; and travel (air, rail, car rentals, taxi, reimbursed personal car; and hotels) data. Provide the data to the AP WorldClimate team as required; and support the external carbon assurance exercise
• Work closely with the AP WorldClimate team to develop, implement and oversee common procedures in support of our WorldClimate objectives
• Work in partnership with internal working groups, business units and internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainability opportunities are maximised. Key stakeholders include:

• Estates: the real estate strategy and the implementation of green leases
• Facilities: the identification and delivery of energy efficiency, water reduction and waste reduction and recycling opportunities across our estate, alongside our facilities managers, sub-contractors (e.g. caterers), and relevant third parties (e.g. landlords)
• Travel: accurate reporting of travel data and policies
• IT: provision of video-conferencing tools and creation of a paperless office
• Procurement: accurate reporting of spend data, identification of \xe2\x80\x9chigh sustainability risk\xe2\x80\x9d tenders and mitigations; and interaction with strategic suppliers
• Provide ongoing support to the stakeholder engagement programme and act as the point-of-contact to local colleagues on all internal sustainability matters

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline (environmental/sustainability)
• Good report writing, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Positive work attitude and good team player
