Job Description


About the role

Initiate, participate and analyze findings in rewards & benefits and benchmarking surveys to develop appropriate response strategies as well as cascade the projects to entity level at the scope of SEA region. This role reports to the SEA Senior HR Manager.

What you will be doing

  • Participate in annual budgeting exercise, annual salary and performance bonus review
  • Oversee annual performance appraisal exercise
  • Develop and provide guidelines for salary proposals and validation
  • Review, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale
  • Improve recruitment and retention through analysis and recommendations
  • Conduct competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments
  • Forecast budget for salary increases
  • Review and renew employee insurance plans
  • Advise on salary increase requests
  • Advise employees on employment regulations
Team Management
  • Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct and Company\xe2\x80\x99s regulations
  • Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore\xe2\x80\x99s Value in daily work behaviors
  • Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
  • Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
  • Ensure updated availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
  • Ensure all changes in Department / Section socialized properly to the tea
Requirements

The Successful Candidate
  • Degree graduate in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Business or other relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent people management skills, demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, delegate and lead effective teams
  • Able to thrive under pressure and perform overtime when required
  • Able to multi-task and cope with multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Open minded with innovative mindset, open to new ideas and challenges
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
