Work you\'ll do

• To conduct background and internal conflict checks on our client, prepare assessment reports and update internal team on any fraudulent activities.
• Examine fraudulent activities raised by internal report and provide mitigation based on the said reports.
• Review assessments report done by the team to ensure quality is met prior to submission.
• Conduct due diligence on Vendors/Third parties as well.
• Ensure all escalations highlighted by the stakeholders are monitored and assist to ensure the issues are resolved.
• Manage the internal stakeholders across SEA to ensure services are proper and accordance to our SLAs in place.
• Monitor and prepare the reporting to ensure stakeholders receive timely updates on a weekly basis on the status of their request.
• Assist in the annual BCM preparation for the department.
• Assist in departments Quality matter in regard to ISOs as well as audits conducted.
• Lead a team to provide the services to SEA.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure staff are following the SLAs in place.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time at management prerogative.

Requirements

Required education & work experience:

• Must have bachelor\'s degree from an internationally recognized university.
• 3 to 5 years experience in client verification for banking/finance industry is an added advantage.

Required skills & abilities:

• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Can make firm decision, have an analytical thinking and is able to problem solve.
• Can articulate and communicate themselves well both verbally and written.
• Able to work with our clients and guide them to comply with our internal policies.
• Well versed in English in both literacy and speaking.
