Work you\'ll do

• Maintain the governance guidelines for projects execution.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities that align with organisational practice.
• Identify and/or develop frameworks and methodologies that project management will be comprehensive and consistent across different initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
• Conduct project review at appropriate stage during projects execution, adhering to the governance guidelines by providing evaluations of progress.
• Gather independent evidence that the information from projects is valid and projects are likely to achieve their objectives.
• Ensure project implementation process adherence to governance guidelines.
• Periodically refine project management framework and processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvements.
• Minimize project management risk, to achieve maturity level for project management of the organization.
• Provide Project Management trainings to Project Managers to ensure understanding of processes and governance and to establish expectations.
• Validate and coordinate lesson-learnt for sharing.
• Validate and evaluate project risk and issue, for escalation when necessary.

Requirements

• Must have PMP / Prince2 certification.
• Posses Degree in Information Technology/Computer
• Must have 7+ years of relevant Project Management working experience.
• Previous experience in Management Consulting would be a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced competitive environment.
• Able to demonstrate confidence on negotiation and influencing.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems and negotiate effectively.
• Strong in organizing project documentations and accuracy of documentations skill.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Active listening and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent in MS Excel (pivot table), MS Project (MPP), MS PowerPoint.
