About the Role

Lead Learning Transformation Across Southeast Asia

We're looking for a

strategic, tech-driven leader

to

redefine learning operations

and

build a digital-first ecosystem

that delivers speed, efficiency, and impact. This is your opportunity to

Purpose of the Role

Drive operational excellence and innovation by leading a high-performing team, leveraging

technology, AI, and automation

to deliver seamless learner experiences, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions across Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire:

Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Optimize Operations:

Oversee end-to-end learning operations--platforms, learner support, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and program delivery across multiple countries.

Enable Technology:

Champion automation and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Leverage Data:

Use analytics to track impact, predict trends, and personalize learner journeys.

Innovate Continuously:

Introduce new solutions to elevate learner engagement and experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

5-7 years in L&D operations, with 2+ years in leadership; regional exposure preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in LMS, automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics; excellent stakeholder management across diverse cultures and ability to lead multiple projects under tight timelines

Mindset:

Agile, innovative, and passionate about driving transformation.
+

Education:

Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Tech; advanced certifications a plus
