Work you\'ll do

We are seeking a consultant to join our team. The consultant will work within the Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA) Reputation and Risk Group (RRG) and will be based in our Malaysia practice office. The individual will be working closely with engagement teams and other client-facing professionals, within Deloitte Southeast Asia, and may have interactions with Risk and Reputation Leaders (RRL), Business Risk Leaders (BRL), Directors of Independence (DOI) as necessary. His/her primary roles involve:

and Responsibilities

• Monitoring of GIMS Dashboard and extracting of weekly GIMS report.
• Monitoring of new hires manager & partner had shared the SEA Independence Guide to their immediate family members.
• Conducts research regarding various financial instruments and understand each investments\' nature.
• Provides assistance on annual re-tripping process and GIMS Statement Account Review.
• Provide assistance and support to SEA partners/managers in Global Independence Monitoring System (GIMS) and other independence issues related to financial interests.
• Provide assistance in determining permissibility of financial interests/relationships.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in the risk/business management field or experienced assistants having 1-2 years the appropriate background and experience
• Ability to conduct research and analyse results
• Working with initiative within agreed processes, managing workload effectively, meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work within our team and across our business
• A high level of IT user ability, including database entry and use. Time will be allowed for adaptation to in-house risk management tools
• Working/work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
• Highly motivated and disciplined
