Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents Maintain and update company records, minutes books, and resolutions Support in preparing board meeting documents and other corporate filings Coordinate with clients and government offices regarding compliance matters Able to do various type resolution Well know in the act Able to do FS MBRS filing Able to solve issue with ssm other secretarial related matter

Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in related field With experience in corporate or company secretarial work (2 to 3 Years) Familiar with SEC compliance and filing procedures Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Good communication and time management skills Fiendly, able to work independently, able to solve issue

What We Offer:



Part-time or flexible working hours. Payment is based by per job.
