Tertiary or professional qualifications: ICSA, Law, Corporate Secretarial Business studies, Accounting or other relevant fields.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Corporate Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 to 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate, familiar with SPC ComSec, MS Word & Excel.
Positive attitude, reliable, well organized and excel at interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
To provide support and assistance to the Company Secretary in providing effective and efficient company secretarial functions and daily secretarial duties.
Experience with MyCoid and MBRS for SSM online submission.
Prepare, arrange and timely lodgement of statutory documents, annual returns and other secretarial matters in accordance with the requirements of Companies Act 2016 and other authorities.
Prepare directors and members resolution, minutes of meeting and other secretarial documents.
Prepare, submit and make payment for stamp duty.
Handling customers or potential customers enquiries and concerns.
Ensure proper filing and maintain all statutory books and secretarial documents.
Formation and takeover of private limited companies and to ensure all the returns and documents required to be lodged with the SSM are properly prepared and lodged within the deadlines.
Liaise with external parties such as other secretary firms, auditors, local authorities and others.
Any other secretarial and legal matters; and special assignments as delegated by superiors from time to time.
