The hiring company A Public listed company with diversified business activities. Their Corporate Secretarial Department within the Group is recruiting a Secretarial Support Executive.
The role is full-time permanent position at Executive level who would be reporting to Group Head, Legal & Corporate Secretarial Department. The role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Department to enable efficient management of the Department and its activities. The main job responsibility will be to provide extensive administrative support for the senior management team in the Corporate Secretarial Department. The tasks will include general office support administration works, preparing documents related to legal and secretarial functions and maintaining records and filling of documents. Part of duties will include: Administering and scheduling board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes. Assist in organizing training sessions, support logistics coordination for all events and conferences. Malaysian in age group 30-40;matured.
Minimum qualification: Diploma qualification in Business, Legal, Secretarial Management or its equivalent.
3-5 years of work experience in secretarial/legal role or office administration.
Previous experience within corporate secretarial or legal/law is ideal and advantageous.
Meticulous attention to details.
Proficient with good command of English, both oral and written, plus conversant in BM and ideally Mandarin.
Computer applications skills, especially Word and Excel, Power Point.
