Diploma/Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with corporate secretarial software is a plus.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Prepare and file statutory documents with SSM.
Draft board resolutions, minutes, and annual returns.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Assist in handling regulatory filings with LHDN.
Assist with other tasks related to secretarial duties as required by the company secretary or management.
