We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Secretary Assistant
to support our corporate secretarial team. The role involves assisting with statutory documentation, client communication, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in corporate secretarial work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Secretary in preparing, filing, and maintaining statutory documents and records.
Draft simple resolutions, minutes, letters, and other corporate secretarial documents.
Update and maintain clients' statutory registers and internal databases.
Liaise with SSM for submissions, document searches, and related tasks.
Communicate with clients on required documents and deadlines.
Ensure documents comply with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant guidelines.
Organize and maintain filing systems for clients' records (physical & digital).
Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Experience in corporate secretarial or administrative work is an advantage.
Basic understanding of the Companies Act 2016 is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Organized, meticulous, and able to multitask efficiently.
Good interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
