Job Responsibility Provide comprehensive administrative support to director. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials as required. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and provide necessary information for business trips. Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits during travel. Handle expense reports and reimbursements related to travel activities. Perform a wide range of tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and managing time efficiently. Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. To liaise with banks for Directors personal accounts and handle monthly payment as required. Managing driver schedule and company/personal vehicles maintenance service. To perform special arrangement and any ad-hoc task assigned from HOD. Job Requirements At least 2 years of administrative field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in secretarial, administrative or business administrative or any other equivalent qualification Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in spoken and writing is required, other language would be added advantages. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Be willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required for business purposes. Able to work beyond regular office hours and weekends when necessary.
