Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Maintain and organize filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents as required.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes.
Maintain proper record of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Secretarial Functions
Provide direct secretarial support to the management or department head.
Manage and update calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
Draft, format, and proofread letters, reports, and other official communications.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties professionally.
Other General Duties
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
