To provide and maintain full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filling system of documents arrangement of appointment, travel arrangement, etc.
To arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
Acting as a first point of contact; handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, email notifications and instant messaging.
Ensure effective time management to achieve a smooth flow of MD's schedule.
Work closely with internal departments and with all levels of department to achieve greater operational efficiency and to facilitate effective communication.
Assist in MD and family's matters as and when needed, including household maintenance matters.
Responsible to monitoring MD's personal commitments which included property, motor vehicle, road tax, motor/general insurance, liabilities, assessment or other companies under MD's name etc.
Take and compile minutes of meetings for record-keeping and follow-up actions.
Assist the Managing Director with matters related to his involvement in other organizations, when necessary.
Any adhoc assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
Must possess Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Secretary or PA to CEO or Director.
Good oral & written communication skill in English and Malay
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
Have a strong sense of responsibility and strong execution ability
Strong resilience and emotional intelligence in managing challenging situations.
Fast learning and adapt to fast working environment.
