Job Description

What you'll be doing



Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team Handling various office tasks such as data entry, word processing, and file management Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems Scheduling appointments and managing the team's calendars Assisting with event planning and coordination Handling telephone inquiries and correspondence Performing other general office duties as required

What we're looking for



Strong data entry and word processing skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficiency in using various office software and technology Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: On the road

Expected Start Date: 11/15/2025
