Job Description

Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director. Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, often in

Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Act as a liaison between the executive and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or staff. Arrange travel itineraries (flights, hotels, visas, transport). Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain and organize confidential files and records. Monitor and ensure timely payment of MD credit card bills Handle purchases, reservations, or special requests on behalf of the executive. Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion

Requirement:



Minimum 3 years of experience in Secretarial or personal assistance. Possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia,

strong command of Mandarin

(spoken and written).

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Proven ability to work independently with efficiency and effectiveness, discipline & self-motivated, systematic & well-organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
