We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Secretary / Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations and assist management with administrative, payroll, and office coordination tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle general secretarial and administrative duties.
Prepare and process monthly
payroll
and maintain
employee attendance records
.
Track
staff time-in and time-out
and ensure attendance accuracy.
Maintain and organize company files, documents, and correspondence.
Support sales team with tender documentations.
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications professionally.
Support management and project teams in day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and other
Microsoft Office
applications.
Good computer literacy and communication skills.
Prior experience in
administration or payroll
is highly beneficial in your application.
Strong attention to detail, organized, and responsible.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pleasant and professional attitude.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English.
