Manage the General Manager's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
Maintain and update administrative systems, databases, and files in an organized and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other departments and staff members to facilitate communication and workflow.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting as required.
Provide support in resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Support the General Manager in other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
