Job Description


: We are a legal firm with company secretary services looking for a dynamic individual, who is hardworking, vibrant and energetic. Requirements : - Candidate must possess at least SPM - To organize and coordinate the Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors\' Meetings and any other Special or Extraordinary General Meetings. - Assist in all related duties and functions undertaken by the Company\'s Secretarial Department. - Ensure prompt response and delivery of documents to clients. - Register and lodge documents to the registrar according to the deadline provided in the Acts. - Maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filing system for secretarial capital by the Company. - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Experience : \xc2\xb7 Secretarial: 3 years (Preferred). Benefit & Others : \xc2\xb7 Medical, Parking, Regular hours, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Fridays. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate, Permanent Salary: RM1,612.45 - RM6,043.79 per month Benefits:
