\xe2\x80\xa2 Build up local competency in EE product testing and requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead engineers in test setup and method development in line with business and management direction in the scope expansion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all projects meets testing lead time committed without compromising safety and integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance on both regulatory and corporate requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure laboratory competency in all test/service offered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure projects being completed according to the commitments to clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with client on laboratory test result and justification (if necessary) \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on test projects as project engineer, reviewer, and certifier. \xe2\x80\xa2 New method development, modification, verification and validation, as well as measurement uncertainty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Get qualification as approve technical reviewer, certifier and ISO17025 signatory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring the issuance of test report/certificates as with proper/valid statement of conformity or conclusions and interpretations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, validate and authorize all results/test reports/certificates and proficiency testing programme. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical training internally and externally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on projects as assigned by the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
